EP Error Unable to render control - AX - easy steps to troubleshoot

 When working with EP, and you get yourself the error "Unable to display control" or "Unable to render control" remember to always do the following:

 2. Then depending on the error you will receive you are missing one of the following (not listing necessarily all the possible causes):
 a) Generate Proxies;
 b) Redeploy Web controls from within AX;
 c) Refresh AOD, Data, Dictionary;
 d) Check system accounts;
 e) Check the web site definition;
